connecting mankind to ministry
Dr. Billy L. Bell
President
We have been ministering to connect mankind to ministry since 1999. We have been blessed by some of the best minds in the nation through various sessions held under the umbrella of V & B Ministries.
As we enter year 24, we will continue to do our best to be a beacon light in this dark world in which we live. I’m super elated, excited, and enthusiastic about having the opportunity to touch lives again, after encountering an unprecedented pandemic, where we went from celebrating our 20th year in ministry to being shut down for two years while the Pandemic was in full force.
We have an enormous calendar of events in place for V & B Ministries Church Wide Institute! We will close out this year celebrating our National Church Wide Institute in Dallas, TX., November 15-17, 2023.

The Sword of the Spirit is one of the great highlights of the week. This year we will honor Dr. R. A. Williams, Jr., on Friday, November 17, 2023.
Dr. Vincent (VK) Jones
Vice President
One of the greatest joys of my life and ministry has been to serve mankind through ministry as co-founder of V&B Ministries.
Since our birth, now nearly 24 years ago, lives have been changed and life long Christian relationships have been formed that will never be severed but will be solidified in eternity.
It has been my distinct honor to serve as President for the first 10 years of our ministry and to now serve as vice president under the very capable leadership our President, Dr Billy Bell!
V&B Ministries has continued to expand with the addition of the H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young People Excel) Youth conference held in my home - city of Bakersfield CA and the addition of regional meetings across the country.
It is my prayer that the years to come will continue to yield fruit for the kingdom of God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
The grass withers, the flower fades but the word of our God shall stand forever. Isaiah 40:8
